钢丝网骨架塑料复合管,采用了先进的生产工艺,使之具有更高的耐压性能。同时,该复合管具有优良的柔性,适用于长距离埋地用供水、输气管道系统。钢丝网骨架聚乙烯复合管采用的管件是聚乙烯电熔管件。连接时,利用管件内部发热体将管材外层塑料与管件内层塑料熔融,把管材与管件可靠地连接在一起,而PE管的焊接,PE管道对接焊缝,该方法提供了可靠性和直径的范围内和压力过程:加热的管子的端部,使用一个工具,称为接触压力和温度定义下的“镜像”。端部被接触,并保持在压力下,在冷却过程中。

第一,管材、管件电熔、热熔连接的接口漏水的维修办法
这种情况应切断管材,按施工要求重新对管材、管件进行电熔、热熔连接。
第二,电熔、热熔连接的管道损坏范围很小的维修方法
这种情况应采用电熔套筒或改造的鞍形电熔管件修理法,将管材损坏处切断,然后用电熔套筒或改造的鞍形电熔管件连接起来。
第三,电熔、热熔连接的管道损坏范围较大的维修方法
这种情况必须切除损坏管段而用新管替换,接口处可采用电熔、热熔连接或法兰连接,但最后一个焊口一定要用电熔套筒连接或法兰连接。
第四,采用承插式橡胶圈柔性连接的管道损坏的维修方法。
